01 Introduction & Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all members who access the hazynice platform and its services. By visiting the hazynice website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

Hazynice reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via their registered email or account inbox. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Account Registration & Management

To create an account on hazynice, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be suspended at any time.

• Each individual may only hold one account.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential.
• Accounts may not be shared with or used by anyone other than the registered holder.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, please report it to hazynice support.
• Any changes to your account information must be updated immediately.

03 Age Restrictions & Eligibility

Hazynice strictly enforces an 18+ policy. Creating an account or playing any game is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.

Hazynice conducts regular age verification checks. If there is any doubt about a member's age, the account may be suspended until verification is complete.

04 Payment & Transaction Policy

Hazynice accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes.
• Large withdrawals (above ৳50,000) may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a mobile banking number registered in the member's own name.

Withdrawals may be held if your account hasn't been verified after a deposit. We recommend completing KYC verification right after registration.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Hazynice offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are completed.
• Slots and live games contribute differently toward wagering requirements — see each offer for details.
• Hazynice reserves the right to void bonuses if irregular bonus usage or system abuse is detected.

06 Gaming Policy & Fairness

All games on hazynice are powered by third-party audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Each game result is entirely independent and has no connection to any previous outcome.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the system will settle the round based on the last recorded state.
• Hazynice reserves the right to correct any erroneous payouts resulting from technical errors.
• If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, please contact hazynice support.
• Server recordings from live games will be considered the final and conclusive evidence.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hazynice platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.
• Unauthorized access attempts to hazynice's systems or servers.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Hazynice may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If there is evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If KYC verification is not completed or fraudulent documents are submitted.
• Upon detection of suspicious financial activity.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

For permanently closed accounts, users may contact support to request a refund of any valid balance (excluding bonuses). hazynice will make a decision following a reasonable investigation.

09 Data Protection & Privacy

Hazynice takes the privacy of its members' personal data seriously. All information is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Member information is used solely for the purposes of service delivery and verification.
• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.
• Hazynice may be required to share information with government authorities when legally obligated to do so.

10 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint, please contact the hazynice support team first. The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident.
• Please attach any relevant information and screenshots related to your complaint.
• Hazynice's final decision is binding on all parties.

11 Terms Update Policy

Hazynice reserves the right to modify, amend, or update any part of these terms at any time. Members will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any major changes.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, you may request to close your account.
